Each YMCA centre offers a rich variety of drop-in fitness classes, from Zumba to Yoga. Taking place at various times of the day, there is something for everyone, everyday. Unlike registered programming, drop-in classes require no prior registration and are available at no extra cost to members.

Family Fitness Class
- Join us on the 3rd Friday of every month at 6pm for Family Fitness. All Ages Welcome.

TRY A NEW CLASS!
WARM WATER AQUAFIT - A class specifically designed for those with arthritis and other mobility issues. The shallow, warm water helps to relieve stiffness, increase range of motion and allow for a safe, low impact cardio and strength workout.

- Wednesdays from 12:00pm - 12:45pm; July 3 - August 21, 2013.

YOGA - Continue your pursuit of health, balance and harmony by expanding upon the many postures and techniques of Hatha yoga. These classes improve circulation, strength and flexibility while increasing mindfulness and breath awareness.

STROLLEROBICS - Moms or Dads bring your baby and your stroller to this cardio based fitness class, designed to improve your strength and stamina. This class is suitable for all fitness levels.
