Looking for a fitness coach?
As a YMCA member, you'll receive FREE one-on-one continuous fitness programming with a certified fitness coach. Your coach will assess your needs and design a program that works specifically for you, answer exercise questions and provide you with advice and tips to keep you on track. For more information on booking appointments speak to one of our Member Sales & Services staff.

BRIDGE TO FITNESS - Bridge to Fitness is a YMCA program designed to help participants get started ina regular fitness program, develop social contacts and increase their general knowledge of health. Whether you are new to exercise or looking for a program following rehabilitation, this program is for you. Led by experienced staff, Bridge to Fitness will combine activities to improve participants balance, endurance, mobility, strength and confidence.

KETTLEBELL - Kettlebells are a functional and efficient fitness tool used to increase fitness levels. This progressive class will teach proper technique and progressions.
